Comments on heritage conservation areas, exempt development, strata approvals, bushfire-prone land, asbestos and NSW home building law are simplified summaries. Rules change and their application depends on the specific property. Sending an enquiry asks to be contacted. It does not create a contract, secure a start date or oblige you to proceed.
A contract for kitchen renovation work is made directly between you and the licensed builder who quotes it. North Shore Kitchens is not a party to that contract.
Prices
The ranges on the cost page and elsewhere are indicative 2026 planning figures. They are not offers. Only a written quote issued after a measure and design, and a signed contract, set the price for your project.
Material and product information
Descriptions of benchtop, joinery and appliance materials are general. Manufacturers' specifications, warranties and care instructions for the specific products chosen take precedence.
