Information you give us
We receive the information you choose to provide when you fill in the enquiry form, phone us or speak with us at a design visit. That can include your name, phone number, email, suburb, property type, details and photographs of your kitchen, plans, and documents such as strata by-laws or a planning certificate.
Phone calls to the number on this site may be recorded or logged so enquiries can be routed and followed up.
Please do not send bank details, card numbers, identity documents or passwords through this website or by email. We never ask for them here.
What it is used for
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange a visit, prepare a design and quote, and keep in touch about that project. It is not used for unrelated marketing.
Sharing
This website refers enquiries to the licensed builder we work in partnership with. Your details are passed to them so they can contact you, visit the property, design and quote the work. Information you give the builder directly is then handled under their own privacy practices.
Where a project needs it, relevant details may also go to other parties involved in the work — for example a licensed asbestos assessor or removalist, an engineer, or your strata manager — and to authorities where the law requires.
Technology providers
Enquiry forms, call tracking, customer management and website hosting are provided by third-party services acting on our behalf. They handle information only to provide those services. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and retention
Records are kept for as long as they are needed for the enquiry, any resulting project and applicable legal obligations, and are then deleted or de-identified. Reasonable steps are taken to protect them from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use cookies and similar tools to measure visits and improve pages. Most browsers let you refuse or clear cookies; the site remains usable without them.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask for it to be deleted, by calling 02 5657 4821. If you are not satisfied with how a privacy concern is handled, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
